  • You can book your rental items online using our secure online booking system. You can also call us to book your rental items.

    Payment is due in full 7 days before the date of your event.

    We require a valid credit card and ID or driver’s license to rent any rental equipment.

    We require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure and confirm your rental equipment.

    There are no refunds on unused rental equipment.

  • Booking rental items online is the best way to determine availability and pricing quickly. On the ‘Our Rentals’ web page, simply enter the date of your event on the date picker component. This shows availability and quantity for rental items for that day. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to pay a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. Shortly after you will receive a confirmation email.

  • After booking your party rentals either through our online booking system or over the phone, you will receive a order confirmation email that stating the rental duration, party rentals quantity and receipt.

    On the day of your delivery, Our team will send you a courtesy text message when they are on the way to deliver as well as a Estimated Time Arrival.

    On the day of your pickup, Our team will send you another courtesy text message when they are on the way to pickup as well as a Estimated Time Arrival.

  • Rental equipment is the Customer’s responsibility once they are delivered.

    Rental equipment must be used for their intended purposes. Please do not stand on or tilt rental equipment. Rental equipment must be on a solid and level surface.

    Please keep rental equipment away from flame and heat sources. Patio heaters are ok to use if they are not too close to rental equipment. Please do not glue or pin anything to rental equipment.

    Rental equipment must be secure from theft, weather, and anything that can damage rental equipment. The Customer takes full responsibility for any damages done to rental equipment. Additional fees will be charged to the card on file if rental equipment are missing or returned with damages.

  • Linens must be returned dry and free of food or debris. If Linens are burned, get wax stains, or damaged in any other form. The Customer will be charged for the replacement cost of the linen.

    Must place tablecloth linen orders 7 days before event. We order our linens online and shipping takes a couple days to arrive. This is to ensure your linen tablecloth linens arrive on time for your event.

  • Weekend Orders are Delivered Friday & Picked up Monday

    Weekday Orders are Delivered the day before event & pick up the day after

    We also offer same day delivery and pick up service for additional fee.

    Delivery does not include setup and teardown of chairs and tables.

  • No Customer pick up is available at this time. We deliver and pickup your Party Rentals only.

  • Dove Party Rentals offers an optional damage waiver (10% of order total). The damage waiver is essentially a protection plan. Dove Party Rentals will waive all claims against the Customer for accidental breakage or damage of rental equipment but does not cover missing items, theft, damage from misuse, abuse or vandalism.

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm

    Sunday: Closed

    These are our Office Hours, we still deliver and pickup orders anytime and day.

  • Small changes to your order are always welcome. We recommend order changes be done 14 or more days before your event due to rental equipment availability being limited.

  • You can cancel an order anytime. Please call us to proceed with canceling your order. The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds on unused rental equipment.

  • At this time, we do not deliver to parks or apartments.

  • Yes, our setup and teardown service is $1 per chair and $4 per table. We do not setup linens.

    Tent Canopy and Tent Canopy sidewall rentals are setup and taken down at no additional cost.

  • We recommend orders are placed as soon as possible. We recommend placing your order two to three weeks ahead of time. This is to ensure that the rental equipment you need is available for your event.
